The firm IPW Gebäudemanagement GmbH (IPW GM) safeguards the technical supply of heat, electrical energy and water/wastewater to the Park, with the main focus being on security of supply and energy management. The company operates the structural and technical plant within the Park, as well as its own workshops. IPW GM is available not only to the Park administrators, but also to existing and future tenants and co-owners on the campus as a technical service provider

FMK GmbH
Communication and data connections to the site are provided by the firm FMK Gesellschaft für Facility Management and Kommunikationsversorgung mbH, which operates the existing communication systems and offers the tenants all the services they require in the field of communication supplies. Moreover, FMK GmbH supports tenants by the provision of all services associated with Internet access, the construction of PC networks and special conference technology services - such as the performance of video conferences.

TCC
The Technology Coaching Centre (TCC) is the central contact point and support centre for existing companies and new businesses which develop, manufacture and market innovative technology-oriented products and services. The aim is to support such companies with integrative advice and coaching, thus safeguarding the basis for stability and growth. The TCC coaching provides assistance during the idea and start-up phase, as well as with the subsequent growth and restructuring processes of existing companies. To this purpose we provide the companies with a coach who is on hand to help with operational, organisational and technical considerations, both from the theoretical and practical point of view.
In addition to the coaching services the TCC provides a comprehensive seminar and workshop programme. The firm Technologie Coaching Center GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Berlin Investment Bank and is financially supported by the European Union (EFRE) and the State of Berlin.
